Service Description

We will discuss your wish and develop a bespoke plan to a healthy sex life. Step by step you will learn to use your body in a different way so that you can experience your best love life. Your mental and emotional patterns will be looked at thoroughly, to see if there are limiting believes that hold you back from achieving your goals. In between the sessions you can practice the exercises we discussed and tried out: they could be body exercises, visualizations, breathing exercises or very practical things like for example getting pictures for a dating profile or finding a babysitter, so you can have sex without worrying about your kids. All of it personally curated to fit your unique life and needs. In between the sessions you can ask me questions via WhatsApp (or signal/threema/telegram) or get additional support. On top of it all you will get a genital massage course of your choice, which will boost your knowledge about sexuality and how to touch the body in the best way.
